Since all dresses are made to order (manufacturers start making your dress at time of order, they do not keep inventory of any dresses) we can not accept any returns, exchanges or issue refunds. Therefore, it is the customer’s responsibility to order the right size, color, style and to view the sample dress accordingly since all sales are final.
Our designers
only accept returns in the case of damaged or incorrectly
delivered merchandise. We are, therefore, limited
to accepting returns under similar circumstances.
We carefully inspect every order to ensure it's
exactly what you ordered and in absolutely perfect
condition. If you find something we missed, you
have 2 business days from the time UPS delivers
to the designated shipping address to let us know
so we can remedy the situation immediately.
You will
probably find that 99.99% of all bridal shops have
a similar policy because that is the designers’
policy.
Your merchandise will be carefully inspected by us before it is shipped to you. If you find any flaw or damage you think was missed during our inspection, you have 2 business days from the time UPS delivers to the designated shipping address to notify us that you would like us to re-inspect your merchandise. You must provide a digital picture of the damage in question and email it to us immediately as well as return the item to us at your expense via UPS 3-Day Select. We will re-inspect your merchandise. If a defect or flaw is found, we will contact the designer and have them expedite a replacement or repair, and you will be refunded your return shipping charges. If the item is found to be non-defective, the item will be returned to you and you will be charged for the shipping to return the item to you and we will not refund the 3 day select fee for the initial delivery to us.
If the package is refused at delivery, canceled after shipment, or returned as undeliverable for any reason are subject to shipping charges both ways and 25% restocking fee.
