My experience with the Perfect Bridal team was excellent, with the help of Kate I could buy a beautiful dress at an excellent price, and the dress arrives much earlier of the expected time, now I have a wonderful dress that I feel confident wearing it. I just so happened to be that bride who tried on her first wedding dress and bought it! I'm not much of a shopper, so I was ecstatic that the wedding dress process was so simple for me. When my Maid of Honor and I started looking for bridesmaids dresses, we quickly learned that it was not going to be so easy. Trying to keep a bridesmaid dress affordable but nice and high quality seemed to be an impossible task after a weekend of shopping. We eventually found a dress we loved, but at a much higher price than I was hoping. I had decided that I would cover the balance for my bridesmaids since I did not want them to pay over a certain amount. My Mom found the Perfect Bridal site, passed it along to me, and I was blown away! They had the bridesmaid dress I wanted at the exact price I was hoping to find! The process was so easy and the customer service was top-notch. The dresses were ready a month in advance, which is always something nice to hear when planning a wedding. My bridesmaids absolutely love the dress, as do I. Perfect Bridal made the whole experience of purchasing my wedding dress and bridesmaid dresses so easy! When searching for the dress which I had chosen I came accross the website and when I enquired the response was quick and answered all my questions. Kate Jobe was really helpful, helping me find particular products and informing me of the delivery process to the UK.

I had found the bridesmaid dresses at a store in Wisconsin but when I found out the price I realized there was no way I could make my bridesmaid pay that much for dresses. I started looking online for other places where I could order the dresses after contacting several companies for quotes I was going to give up. Then I found Perfect Bridal. I filled out there online form and someone called me back the next day with a quote. I couldn't believe what a great price the dresses were. When I called to order the dresses I spoke with Kate. She was so friendly and the call made me feel better about ordering the dresses from them because I was assured I could call back anytime to check the status or with any questions or concerns. I did follow up with Cheri through e-mails and she always e-mailed me back right away. My dresses came in a month earlier than expected and they look great. So if you are skeptical about ordering dresses from Perfect Bridal don't be. The service is exceptional and you can get the dresses you want for your special day because they make it affordable to do so. Thank you so much for everything. I know my bridesmaids will all look great in the dresses and I am glad I didn't have to compromise.

Thank you! My wedding dress arrived one month early and it's perfect! I found the dress in a local shop, tried it on, and fell in love with it except for the price tag. I found the dress on perfectbridal.com for substantially less.
I was initially hesitant about ordering a dress online. I was concerned that I would receive a "reproduction" gown and not the original style I tried on. I was wrong. The experience has been wonderful; everyone has been so pleasant and professional.

I just wanted to let you know that I received the flower girl dress in the mail yesterday -- over an entire month early! The dress is beautiful(Eden Bridals Flower Girl dress style 12266)and I cannot wait to see my daughter wear it!
