To the Staff at Perfect Bridal,
I wanted to send a big THANK YOU to such a reliable company to order bridesmaid dresses from. In 2006, one of my bridesmaids used Perfect Bridal for her wedding and at the time, I thought she was nuts for going through an “online” company. I didn’t have much faith and was very skeptical. It seemed too good to be true. However, the dresses came in before the actual due date and they were exactly what we ordered. Most importantly, you saved us money without skimping on the customer service!
When I started planning my wedding at the end of last year for May of this year, I had no doubt who I wanted to use for ordering the bridesmaid dresses. After figuring out what dress my girls wanted, I phoned my order in. My experience has been nothing short of great. I just received the dresses (weeks before I was told to expect them) and they look fabulous! Now that I’ve been the bridesmaid and the bride, I can honestly say there’s no better way to go than ordering through Perfect Bridal.

Not only did you save the girls about $70 on their dresses but we received them about a month earlier than expected. I highly recommend your company to Brides who are planning their
wedding, whether it be in your state or elsewhere. I live in
Wisconsin and I ordered 7 bridesmaid dresses in the fall of 2006 for
my daughter's wedding on 7/7/07. All the dresses arrived by the end
of January of 2007 (your quoted arrival date) and all the dresses
looked exactly like the photo she chose them from. It was very easy
to get in contact with you, and you answered any questions or
concerns I had. When one of the original bridesmaids backed out of
the wedding in March of 2007, we needed to order a new dress, you
worked with me over the phone and promptly placed the order (RUSH).
We received the dress on the specified date in June of 2007. The
dress fit that new bridesmaid perfectly, no alterations needed. I
can not thank you enough for the excellent service you provided and
for making my daughter's wedding all she had hoped for. We also got
quite a few comments on the beautiful color and style of the dress.
Yes we did tell them where we purchased the dresses.

I have to admit, I was a little nervous about going through an on-line company for my bridesmaid dresses - especially when I saw the prices. I kept thinking, "This is too good to be true - it's going to come back and bite me in the butt." But that never happened. I can't believe how beautiful the dresses look! My girls LOVE them and so do I! It has been a very easy, painless process with results that far exceeded my expectations. I was so nervous about the shipping date.
