Dear Kate, Cheri, Anne, and everyone else at Perfect Bridal, Weddings can be
stressful when you are the bride and want everything to go smoothly for 9
bridesmaids. I don't even know where to begin when it comes to Perfect
Bridal. They are an amazing company and will go above and beyond any company
you could possibly work with. Emails, phone calls, questions, concerns, and
everything else you deal with when ordering dresses, they were phenomenal
with. Every time i emailed, i got an email right back; every time i called,
i got a phone call right back if they missed it. They are very hard working
and will do anything to satisfy. On top of the amazing customer service,
their prices are wonderful as well. My bridesmaid dresses were about $260 in
the stores and I got them for about $40-$50 cheaper through Perfect Bridal.
If I knew about the company before I ordered my wedding gown, I would of
used them for this as well. They are 100% trust worthy and are there to
please you. I think everyone should use Perfect Bridal for their wedding
attire. I could promise that you will be so happy and your stresses about
your bridesmaids dresses will be gone! Your gowns are in good hands with
them!

When I had decided what bridesmaid dresses I was going to have my girls wear, I was trying to figure out where to get them at because all of my girls were scattered around the state of North Carolina. I thought that the best way to get them would have to girls go to a place near their hometown that carried the line. One of the shops near one of my bridesmaids was going to give me a great deal on all the dresses but that was going to be about $160.00-$200.00 per girl. With the economy starting to down turn and some of my girls having to come up with money for other unexpected things, a bridal dress at this price, while cheap for the particular dress, was still too much for some of them. I was trying not to change the dress but thought I would have to because of the price. My maid of honor found The Perfect Bridal Website and then sent it to me. I was really nervous about ordering bridesmaid dresses off of the internet. I had never done it before and wasn’t sure about what they would look like compared to the picture. And then there was the fact that the dresses were going to be about $10.00-$40.00 cheaper. I thought it was a good idea but I still had my doubts. My maid of honor called and found out about the company and I called with my own questions and everyone that we talked to were really nice and helpful. After we ordered our dresses, I was kept up to date on the status making sure that they would be on time. I got an email from Cheri stating that the dresses were a month early. When the dresses arrived at my house, I was so pleased with the quality and the colors of the dresses. They were just like the one that I had seen in the store for about $50.00 more than what we paid for through Perfect Bridal. I would definitely order from them again.

I was so happy with the service provided by Perfect Bridal. My dress arrived nearly two months early, and it is just beautiful. Vanessa and the other staff were great, double checking details, and dealing with the time difference that meant communication could be difficult!

I was wary of ordering such important items as bridesmaids dresses from so far away and over the internet, but the price quoted was approximately half the price I had been quoted for the same dresses by a UK bridal shop so I couldn't resist.
All of my emails were answered immediately, sometimes with same day phone calls which reassured me enormously. The dresses were ready early, and arrived only 2 days after they were dispatched, I was able follow their journey using the tracking number I was given. The dresses arrived in perfect condition and I am delighted with them.
I will thoroughly recommend Perfect Bridal to anyone I know who is looking for bridal wear, their service & prices are absolutely exceptional.

I wanted to send a big THANK YOU to such a reliable company to order bridesmaid dresses from. In 2006, one of my bridesmaids used Perfect Bridal for her wedding and at the time, I thought she was nuts for going through an “online” company. I didn’t have much faith and was very skeptical. It seemed too good to be true. However, the dresses came in before the actual due date and they were exactly what we ordered. Most importantly, you saved us money without skimping on the customer service!
