is part of a highly respected full-service bridal
salon that has been serving brides for more than
25 years. We understand that ordering your bridal
gown and bridesmaid dresses is a big decision. We
are honored to be part of your special day. We will
do everything we can to help make your wedding day
perfect.
Please follow the guidelines
below to ensure smooth order and delivery of your
bridal gown and bridesmaid dresses.
If you haven't already done
so, please obtain a free price quote from us. You
need to know the designer and style number to get
a price quote.
You may get a price quote by
filling out our online form or by calling one of
our bridal consultants at
+1-888-88-DRESS.
Please refer to the size charts
on our site to order the right sizes. Note that
some designers may charge extra for larger sizes
(e.g. 18 or larger), or for extra length. These
additional charges are typically very small. We
will notify you if there are any additional charges.
Please be certain to
order the right size.You may want to read our information
on "How to Measure".
Orders should be placed at
least 16 weeks from the wedding date. Special orders
take up to 18 weeks for delivery from the designer.
We recommend placing an order as soon as possible
to allow enough time for shipping and any alterations,
if necessary.
We strongly recommend placing the order for all
the bridesmaid dresses at the same time. This ensures
that all the dresses are cut from the same batch
of fabric. Making all the dresses from the same
batch of fabric is important because the color and
weave of the fabric can vary slightly across batches.
We want everything to look perfect on your wedding
day!
You may call one of our bridal consultants at 1-888-88-DRESS to place your order. Please have your designer style number, colors and sizes ready. Our bridal consultant will generate and email a confirmation to you – you must review, sign and fax back to complete your order. The order is not charged or placed until we receive your signature on the confirmation form.
Alternatively, you may also fax your order to us. Please fill out the order form posted on our website and fax it to us at the fax number on the order form. All wedding dress and mother of the bride orders will have to be faxed in.
We will confirm all fax orders within 2 business days. Please note – shipping dates change on a daily basis, should your wedding date be too close to the shipping date due to the delay of your signed confirmation, we reserve the right to cancel your order. We will contact you should this be the case.
Once the order is confirmed, all sales and orders are FINAL. We place your order with the designer immediately to ensure timely delivery of your bridal gown and bridesmaid dresses. However, the designers do not accept any changes once the order is placed. Hence, we will not be able to accommodate any changes after we place the order. Please be certain of your style selection and the sizes before you place an order.
We accept Visa and Mastercard.
The payment of your order is due in full at the
point of purchase.
We
cannot refund any portion of your payment or accommodate
any exchanges. Once your order has been submitted,
our vendors are unable to make any changes or modifications
relative to style, size, color, or specific length.
Shipping is FREE for one address
within continental United States for the following
types of order:
- A bridal gown and any number
of bridesmaid dresses
- Two or more bridesmaid dresses
If you need to ship to more
than one address, a low shipping fee of $20 is applied
for each additional address.
For shipping charges outside
of the continental United States, please contact
our customer service department.
To
ensure safe receipt of the dresses, we strongly
recommend shipping to an address where there is
someone to sign for the package during office hours
(e.g. at your office).
When your order arrives at
our store, we will verify that the bridal gown and
bridesmaid dresses match the order you placed. At
this point, we will email you to notify you of the
upcoming delivery. Please allow 5-7 business days
between the email and the arrival of your bridal
gown or bridesmaid dresses.
